DAY-WISE ITINERARY
DAY 1
GUWAHATI
Our Advtravel representative receives and escorts guests to the hotel/guest house on arrival at Guwahati. After freshening up, there will be a short briefing session on the tour. Post briefings choose either to sit back and relax at your hotel or step out on your own to explore the bustling Guwahati city.
Cycling Distance Covered: No cycling on the first day
DAY 2
GUWAHATI-UMSNING
Today, after breakfast we gear up for a warm up bike ride of 25 kms. We first drive till Jorabat (40 min drive) where we start cycling to reach the destination around lunch hour. Post lunch we continue cycling for another 20 km and hop on a vehicle to reach the camping site.
Cycling Distance Covered: 45 kms
Highlight: Enjoy cycling to the view of verdant hills and quiet villages along the Guwahati – Shillong highway
DAY 3
UMSNING-MAWPHLANG
Today we drive to the Air force Museum (3 hrs) and start cycling from here to reach Mawphlang (18 km) before lunch, later in the afternoon hike the Mawphlang Sacred Grove. Relax around a bonfire and retire for the night post an early dinner at the campsite.

Highlight: Hike through the enchanting Mawphlang Sacred Grove, an ancient forest that is the soul of Khasi culture
DAY 4
MAWLYNGBNA
Today we cycle in the beautiful countryside of Mawlyngbna for some 50 kms after breakfast. Later in the evening interact with the natives around a bonfire before retiring to your camps.

DAY 5
MAWLYNGBNA
We will spend the day indulging in activities like trekking and, kayaking the Umkhakoi Lake and visiting to the fossil park. Overnight at campsite in Mawlyngbna.
Cycling Distance Covered: No cycling today
Highlight: Trek along Rocky River banks and step into the crystal clear waters of Umkhakoi Lake listening to fascinating facts about the place from a local guide.
DAY 6
SHILLONG
We drive (19kms) to Māwsynrām today-the world’s wettest place and drive back to Shillong post lunch. Check-in to a hotel or resort in Shillong.

Highlight: Explore the world’s wettest place- Māwsynrām
DAY 7
TOUR ENDS
Post breakfast we drive back to Guwahati (3 hrs) and drop our guests at the airport/railway station for their onward journeys.

Important information
• The check in time is 11 noon/early check in subject to availability of room.
• We require minimum strength of 8 person to operate one group.
• If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither Advtravel nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
• Advtravel is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc
• All guests will be responsible for safety and security of their own luggage.
• Advtravel team member not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage.
• Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
• For any dispute or any legal formalities would be as per Delhi jurisdiction.

Before 30 Days from Tour Start Date – Full Refund
30 – 21 Days from Tour Start Date – 70% refund
21- 14 Days from Tour Start Date – 50% refund
14- 7 from Tour Start Date – Days 20% refund
Within 7 days from Tour Start Date – No Refund
Please note: We charge 2.5% of the total amount of booking as our service fee in case of any cancellation over and above the above cancellation charges.

Notes on Transportation Used in Our Package.
Vehicles used are exclusively at the disposal of the guest for the entire tour for 10 Hours every day | There is no change in the vehicle during the entire tour | Our drivers are very well trained with the entire region and would ensure that they take the guest to all the places mentioned in the itinerary | Maximum guests allowed in Innova is 5 including children above 4 years. If the no of guest is more than 6 then they will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost | Maximum group guest or family are considered tempo traveller which is 10-seater. If there are 5 or more guests then they are advised to travel with very minimum baggage in case if the number of baggage is more than normal then the guest will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost |
