Dibrugarh is known as the Tea City of India, located along the mighty Brahmaputra River and surrounded by endless tea estates. It serves as the gateway to Upper Assam and Eastern Arunachal Pradesh. Riders meet the expedition team, complete documentation, and receive a detailed bike and safety briefing before the adventure begins.

📍 Day 2 – Tuesday, 9 June 2026
🏍️ Dibrugarh → Wakro / Tezu (Arunachal Pradesh)
The expedition begins by riding across the fertile plains of Assam before entering the hills of Arunachal Pradesh. The route follows the scenic Lohit River valley, offering lush forests, tribal villages, and dramatic mountain landscapes. Tezu and Wakro are quiet towns surrounded by beautiful valleys and orange orchards.

📍 Day 3 – Wednesday, 10 June 2026
🏔️ Walong → Kibithu → Kaho (Easternmost India)
Today riders explore Walong valley, a historic region known for the 1962 Indo-China war. The ride continues to Kibithu and Kaho, the easternmost inhabited villages of India. Surrounded by towering Himalayan mountains and close to the India–China border, this area offers raw natural beauty and a rare sense of remoteness.

📍 Day 4 – Thursday, 11 June 2026
🏍️ Walong → Roing (260 km)
A long but spectacular ride through the Eastern Himalayas descending from high mountain valleys toward the Dibang Valley region. The road winds through dense forests, waterfalls, and remote landscapes before reaching Roing, a charming town located beside the Dibang River.

📍 Day 5 – Friday, 12 June 2026
🏔️ Roing → Anini (218 km)
One of the most adventurous sections of the expedition. The ride goes deep into Dibang Valley, one of the least explored regions in Northeast India. Anini, the district headquarters of Dibang Valley, is home to the Idu Mishmi tribe and is surrounded by dramatic mountains, pristine rivers, and untouched forests.

📍 Day 6 – Saturday, 13 June 2026
🌄 Anini → Roing
After exploring the serene landscapes around Anini, the ride returns to Roing through the rugged Mishmi Hills. The journey offers incredible views of deep valleys, fast-flowing rivers, and remote Himalayan wilderness rarely seen by travelers.

📍 Day 7 – Sunday, 14 June 2026
🏍️ Roing → Mon (Nagaland)
The expedition crosses into Nagaland, arriving at Mon district, home of the famous Konyak tribe. Historically known as the last headhunters of Nagaland, the Konyaks are recognized for their unique traditions, facial tattoos, and rich tribal culture.

📍 Day 8 – Monday, 15 June 2026
🌏 Mon → Longwa Village → Mokokchung
Visit the remarkable Longwa Village, located directly on the India–Myanmar border. The house of the village chief (Angh) famously lies in two countries, making it one of the most unique villages in Asia. Later the ride continues through rolling Naga hills to Mokokchung, considered the cultural heartland of the Ao Naga tribe.

📍 Day 9 – Tuesday, 16 June 2026
🏍️ Mokokchung → Wokha → Kohima
Ride through picturesque landscapes of Nagaland, passing tribal villages and forested hills before reaching Kohima, the capital city. Kohima is historically significant for the Battle of Kohima during World War II and is also known for its vibrant Naga culture and mountain setting.

📍 Day 10 – Wednesday, 17 June 2026
🌊 Kohima → Imphal → Loktak Lake (Manipur)
The journey continues south into Manipur, reaching Imphal, the capital city rich in cultural heritage and history. From there riders travel to the spectacular Loktak Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Northeast India, famous for its floating islands known as phumdis.

📍 Day 11 – Thursday, 18 June 2026
🏍️ Loktak → Kohima (190 km)
Before leaving, riders visit Moirang, historically significant as the place where the Indian National Army first hoisted the Indian tricolour in 1944. The ride then continues back through the scenic hills into Nagaland.

🌿 Kohima → Jorhat (Assam)
Descending from the Naga hills into the plains of Assam, the route leads to Jorhat, often called the cultural capital of Upper Assam. The region is famous for its tea estates and proximity to Majuli, the world’s largest river island.

📍 Day 13 – Saturday, 20 June 2026
🏍️ Jorhat → Dibrugarh (150 km)
The final ride takes riders through the lush tea gardens of Upper Assam, offering smooth roads and scenic countryside before reaching Dibrugarh. Bikes are returned and the expedition officially concludes.
